Congratulations to Robins U11 JS who secured promotion from Division 3 today with an emphatic 5-0 win over already promoted Ramsbury. The two teams have been neck and neck at the top of the table for a couple of months now and both are still in the hunt for the title. So this was a massive win for the boys, especially after losing the reverse fixture 4-0 back in September - Ramsbury are an excellent side and so this improvement is a marker of how far this team has come in the course of this season.
This is the team's second successive promotion, having won the Div 4 title last season, so it's a doubly impressive achievement - many teams would have been happy to consolidate in their new league, but not this lot! Well done to all the Robins JS players, a magnificent achievement and just rewards for your hard work all season.
